SUMMER WEIGHT TRAINING

Ashley Athletics is proud to announce our Summer Weight Training Schedule.  The Screaming Eagles Summer Weight Training Program  is led by Coach David Smith, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.  All Ashley athletes are encouraged to attend summer weight training.  Sessions are offered on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the summer.  Male athletes can condition from 12-1pm and female athletes can condition from 1-2pm.
